Appointments
As a courtesy, we call, text and email to confirm your dental appointment. If you cancel or change your appointment without 24-hour advance notice, you will be charged a $50 fee. If you have more than one late cancellation or no-show on record, you will be required to keep a credit card on file to secure an appointment. We do understand that true emergencies happen, and late or missed appointments will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
We have implemented this policy because we value your time as well as our own, and we dedicate time for each patient to provide the best quality of care. Please understand that when you forget to cancel/change your appointment without giving 24 hours notice, patients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive treatment.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Insurance
Estimated insurance copays are due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made with our office manager. In the event that the insurance payment is less or more than expected, the account will be adjusted accordingly .
